The car park is controlled by ANPR via an external management company. Parking is included free of charge with entry but it is your responsibility to ensure your car registration is entered correctly into the portal at the admissions desk to prevent a fine being triggered.
Please download your QR codes ready to scan on entry, to activate your ticket, receive a wrist band for admission and collect your Visitor Map of the Garden.
Every Day Ticket includes a non- transferrable return visit, with free parking, within 7 days.
For Tickets purchased on site, those wishing to take up this offer will need to sign their receipt at time of purchase, and on return show their original signed receipt and QR codes to claim their free visit.
An Annual Pass offers unlimited access to Ventnor Botanic Garden plus exclusive member benefits for one year from the date of issue. The pass’ expiry date will be clearly stated on the Pass.
The pass covers the persons named only and the QR code must be scanned to gain entry on each visit.
One guest per pass holder can receive half-price day admission at any one time.
Joint members must live at the same address.
Annual Membership Passes do not provide free access to special ticketted events
We can provide a free Carers pass to accompany a disabled person to enter the Garden, from the onsite ticket desk only. (not available online)
To issue a carers ticket we need to see any of the relevant paperwork options on arrival from the list below:
A Disability living allowance or Attendance allowance, award letter (dated within 12 months)
A Personal independence payment letter (dated within 12 months)
A current and Valid Blue Badge

You can return purchases in their original condition, together with proof of purchase, within 14 days of receipt and we’ll be able to give you a refund minus the outbound shipping cost if applicable (unless proved to be faulty).
Please note that the items listed below are not eligible for refund:
Perishable goods e.g. plants, seeds or food
Ticketed events and gift tickets
Day passes which are valid for 365 days
Protectively sealed items e.g. cosmetics, creams and perishable goods
Annual Memberships which have been activated
Gift Vouchers
Return postage will be at your own expense and it will be your responsibility to make sure that all goods arrive back to the Garden in their original condition, please ensure you obtain proof of postage.
